A newly built cottage which was built in 2006.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, an electric stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster etc. The bright dining area is facing south.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower and a toilet.
In the living room, which is open all the way up to the roof ridge, there is a fire place, a TV, a sofa and armchairs.
The second floor consists of two fixed beds in a bedstead recess, a sofa and a bed combined, plus room for at least one extra bed.
The total living area is approximately 70 square meters and the house has waterborne underfloor heating. The patio is facing south and surrounded by a fence the cottage’s very own garden is separated from the farmyard.
